Charnwood Meets Harts Restaurant, Nottingham

 

Charnwood's very own apprentices catered and served for a prestigious charity event held at the Nottingham Council House, organised by Deloitte & Touche, with catering services arranged by Harts Restaurant & Catering/Banqueting Teams of Nottingham.

This was the first mass catering event for our apprentices, all of which thoroughly enjoyed and gained an exclusive insight to Hospitality at its best! Working alongside the Best Business Restaurant in Nottingham team our apprentices; Aleah Bates (18yrs), Amber Johnson (17yrs), Chelsie Easom (17yrs) and Annie Brown (18yrs) along with four BTEC students from Ashfield School; Jess Edmunds, Zach Rogers, Nathan Byrne, Jamie Neale all 16 years of age, appreciated the hard work that goes into the industry.

Catering for 200 people, this quickly became a real eye opener for the Front of House Team, not to mention the dedication from the Kitchen Team working extremely hard to maintain quality standards set by Harts Restaurant.

The buzz after the 'show' was amazing from our apprentices, although very tired they were still enthusiastic & excited. A great night had by all....
