Terms of Sale

Following our receipt of your completed electronic order and payment by credit or debit card, we will contact you by email to confirm the details on the form and supply you with an order reference number. A contract will be created between Charnwood Training Group and you when we send that confirmatory email (order confirmation) to you. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please send payments to Charnwood Training Group, Charnwood Academy, Sutton Road, Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire NG17 8HN. If we cannot, for any reason, accept and process your order, we will notify you accordingly.

We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.

We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you complete an order form and before you submit it to us. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

Please note that our terms and conditions of Use or our privacy policy may change at any time, so please check them each time you visit this website.

Charnwood Training Group are sometimes able to access funding to help with the cost of your qualification; this funding can only be accessed upon the successful completion of the qualification.

If you book to attend a course, and fail to attend all sessions involved, or cancel within 7 days of the course, Charnwood Training Group reserve the right to charge you for the qualification at full commercial rate. If you fail to successfully achieve your qualification, any resit fees will be the responsibility of the delegate.

Charnwood Training Group reserves the right to cancel any and all courses due to insufficient applications. Notification of cancellations will be made via written correspondence, email and/or telephone.

In the event your course is cancelled, you may register for other courses available, or a full refund will be given. All listings are accurate at the time of printing. Event times, dates, locations and costs, while unlikely, may change due to unforeseen circumstances. " If you have completed a security qualification with Charnwood training group then you must be aware that the implication of Data Protection in relation to BIIAB security qualifications is as follows: All personal data provided by you will be used in connection with your attendance on the course and to process examination results. As part of this process your personal data will be forwarded to the security industry authority (SIA) so that they can complete your application for a Licence to Practice. Your personal data and sensitive personal data relating to your ethnic origin will be processed in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Funded Programme Incentives

Employers receive £100 worth of vouchers towards E-Learning Courses for every member of staff enrolled onto an Apprenticeship Programme. Employers can assign the vouchers to any employee at their discretion.

E-learning courses can be accessed 24/7 online providing there is an internet connection. Tablet PC equipment can be made available to the Employer where internet or computer access is minimal.
