Training Academy

Our head office in Nottingham includes our purpose-built Hospitality & Catering Academy, which offers Charnwood learners the opportunity to gain experience and nationally recognised qualifications in a real work environment. The facility includes training suites, a training kitchen and cellar as well as a fully operational public bar, restaurant and conference centre.

We work closely with industry, local schools, further education colleges and the wider community to offer interactive training, demonstrations and industry visits, alongside practical skills and development.
